Dean of Students’ Affairs / Al-Quds Open University

Prof. Mohammed Shaheen has a PhD Degree in the Philosophy of Education (full professorship), in the specialization of Educational and Psychological Counseling. He currently serves as the Dean of Student Affairs, and Secretary of the University Council at Al Quds Open University. He works as an academic supervisor, and has many papers published in refereed Arabic and International journals. In addition to his participation in scientific conferences, he has published several books, studies and articles, of which a book entitled “Internet Addiction”. Prof. Shaheen oversees dozens of master’s and doctoral thesis and dissertations, he also evaluates many researches for the purpose of publication in  refereed journals and scientific conferences. He is a very active member in community outreach programs through his varied memberships in several active committees and organizations.
