Is a founder and CEO of Dimensions Healthcare. He has more than 18 years of experience in the healthcare field. He was involved in health IT, healthcare market and scientific research. Furthermore, he managed the development and implementation of numerous health informatics solutions projects including e‐claim solutions, medical coding and information systems for hospitals, clinics and pharmacies and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM). Dr. Ghosheh, before starting to put up Dimensions Healthcare in 2008, worked with several US and Canadian companies. Dr. Ghosheh has M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky, USA. Dr. Omar has 27 publications including 2 patents in drug discovery. Dimensions Healthcare is the largest provider of health insurance electronic claim solutions in UAE serving 3000+ healthcare provider and 65+ insurance companies and TPAs, serving 2.3+ million lives and facilitating 6+ billion AED in transactions. Dimensions Healthcare is the technical partner of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) in deploying its Health Insurance System “ISAHD”. Dimensions established the Health Information System of Palestine as part of the USAID project SEHA. The project establishment phase was implemented by Dimensions Healthcare deploying a third party system with the support of other local partners for the benefit of the Ministry of Health. In addition providing advanced pharmacy management systems in partnership with the Pharmacy Association. In February 2012, Dr. Ghosheh received recognition for Dimensions Healthcare which was ranked as #1 top performing SME company in Dubai (ranked first on Dubai SME 100 list), Dubai had 72,000 SMEs.
