Dr. Mohammad Abu Omar received his Ph.D. with distinction in Information Systems from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia.
He has developed a new theory in the classification of the management problems and building the (MIS) that is published internationally by the ACM digital library through Dr. Abu Omar’s book which is entitled: (An Effective Model to Design the Management Information Systems (MIS. He was awarded the (Gold Medal of Excellence) by the Arab organization for social responsibility in DUBAI.
Dr. Abu Omar has published many papers related to the area of information technology and MIS in international impact peer- reviewed journals. He also has several scientific international memberships, and he is a member in many editorial boards in international peer- reviewed journals and conferences throughout the world including USA, UK, Switzerland, Poland, Malaysia, Japan, and India. He is currently a head of computer information systems (CIS) department in the faculty of technology at Al-Quds Open University in Palestine, and he is an assistant professor in the same faculty.
