Mr. Samer Ali: Samer Ali is the International Coordination Director in the Palestinian Ministry of Telecom & IT. He joined the ministry in 2010 and lead many projects and activities including the famous Digital TV Switch Over (DSO) project which will be very influential on the national media sector.
Mr. Ali is an active member of the Media Development Team of MDC/Birzeit especially the Infrastructure Committee.
He graduated as an Electrical Engineer in 2004 from Birzeit University after that he worked in the TVET program in the Ministry of Education. In 2010 he received the master degree in Scientific Computing from Birzeit University and joined the academic staff in Al-Quds Open University.
