He finished his studies in the Republic of Iraq in mechanical engineering in 1980. Then he turned for the administration specialty because of the revolution of administrative development in Iraq where he finished a special program study for a doctorate in institutional capacity building in 1989. He filled a number of positions in the Iraqi state institutions including Military Industrialization Commission, the Ministry of Transportation and Establishment of the Road Transport till 1994. After the formation of the Palestinian National Authority to present, he works at the Ministry of Transportation as General Director and commissioned a number of positions and missions of General Directorate of vehicles engineering, the Licensing Authority, General Director of Information Technology and General Director of Road transport.
